Flying Jump Coaster Coming To Michigan
One of the most bizarre attractions found in any amusement park is the “nautic jump” attraction. This simple ride features a boat, a ski jump like drop, and a splashdown pool for the boats to land in. Cedar Valley Wild Frontier Fun Park in Comins, Michigan is installing a roller coaster with nautic jump element for their 2018 season. Until now, these type of attractions have only been operated overseas. The cars actually leap off the track into the water for incredible photo ops and a fun splashdown finale!

The ride coming to Cedar Valley Wild Frontier Fun Park was originally manufactured by Fabbri Group in 2001 for $100,000. It operated in Australia for several years before being recently sold to Cedar Valley Wild Frontier Fun Park. The park is refurbishing the ride for 2018 as it will be one of three new attractions installed at Cedar Valley Wild Frontier Fun Park.
The water landing on these rides are actually a lot softer than it may seem. Check out the video below to get a good idea of what to expect!
This jumping flume ride is something American’s have been raving about since they debuted oversees. Finally, thrill seekers in the states will get their chance to fly through the air on this crazy ride!

Aside from the Jump Coaster, the park will also be installing two other rides for 2018. A Loop-o-plane and a rock-o-plane ride should be ready for a July debut.
