Universal Orlando is revealing a new “Tickets In-App” update to The Official Universal Orlando Resort App that will make the theme park entry experience easier than ever before.
Guests who purchase select theme park tickets in The Official Universal Orlando Resort App can bypass Will Call and guest services and proceed directly to the turnstiles where they can use a QR code on their phone to enter the theme parks. Tis new feauture will be available after purchasing tickets in-app by simply clicking on the menu option called “My Tickets,” making it more convenient than ever to purchase and redeem Universal Orlando theme park tickets. This is a huge step for Universal Orlando as the lines are always long when you try to use will call in the mornings.
Tickets In-App joins features like ride wait times, resort maps, and even a spot to take a photo of where you’ve parked your car, all of which make The Official Universal Orlando Resort App a must-have when guests are planning their days at the parks.
