Paddlefish Grand Opening at Disney Springs
Today, we stopped by the new Paddlefish restaurant at Disney Springs for their grand opening. (formerly Fulton’s Crab House). Paddlefish is an iconic restaurant, bar and special events venue located aboard a reimagined, modern and luxurious steamboat anchored on Lake Buena Vista offering fresh seafood and savory steaks. Guests can enjoy fan-favorites such as Florida stone crab and eclectic dishes like lobster guacamole made right before your eyes!
The new restaurant features contemporary, seafood-centric cuisine, craft cocktails, and an all-new interior!
Paddlefish vs. Fulton’s Crab House: So what’s different?
The focus is still seafood, although Paddlefish focuses more on fish than crab. They still serve crab legs, local stone crabs and blue crab, but the food has a more modern twist, that is, familiar ingredients with a fresher take on presentation. And of course the décor is completely different. Fulton’s Crab House was more of an old turn-of-the-century riverboat throwback feel, and Paddlefish is more of a luxurious, modern yacht. It’s all new, right down to the china, glasses and silverware. So many awesome choices on the new Paddlefish menu plus, an expansive wine list both Old and New World wines.!
We loved Paddlefish, especially the upper deck dining area! Although, a bit on the expensive side, we highly recommend a visit to Paddlefish Restaurant Disney Springs. It’s a winner whether you love seafood or not!
