Knotts Berry Farm Teams Up With Susan G. Komen For Knotts Berry Farm For The Cure

For the fourth year in a row, Knotts Berry Farm will be partnering with Susan G. Komen Orange County to raise money for breast cancer awareness, research, and services. Starting January 9th, you can begin purchasing special “Pink Tickets” and Knotts for the Cure T-shirts. Shirts can also be purchased at select locations within the park!

Susan G. Komen Orange county works to fund programs that support the fight against breast cancer, education about risk factors, as well as early detection and available resources. Their work has helped to contribute more than $35 million toward breast health programs. These programs help to reach uninsured and underserved women within the community.

Wondering where the money goes? 75% of the funds raised for Susan G. Komen go toward providing local services throughout Orange County for things like information and support for breast cancer survivors and their families, funding for free mammograms for uninsured and underserved women, and breast cancer detection and education. The other 25% goes toward supporting national research searching for a cure. Since 2014, the partnership between Knott’s Berry Farm and Susan G. Komen Orange County has raised over $300,000!
