Hershey Park Kicks Off The Holidays With Christmas Candylane And Sweet Lights
The holiday season kicks off in Hershey, PA, tonight with the opening of Hersheypark Christmas Candylane holiday attraction and Hershey Sweet Lights drive-through attraction presented by T-Mobile.

The merriest event of the year in The Sweetest Place On Earth features millions of lights; family-friendly and thrilling rides, limited-edition sweet treats, Santa, and 25 years of his reindeer making a special stop at Hersheypark; and more.
Hersheypark Christmas Candylane is open on select dates from Nov. 12, 2021, through Jan. 2, 2022, with daily operations starting Dec. 3, 2021 (closed Christmas Day).

More than five million lights deck the halls of Hersheypark during Christmas Candylane. The guest-favorite NOEL light show choreographed to joyful music returns for another year, and new festive light shows will appear on the iconic Kisses Fountain, Candymonium hypercoaster, and the Ferris Wheel highlighting our iconic pinwheel.

A unique blend of family-friendly rides and thrilling coasters are open for Christmas Candylane, including the newest coaster, Candymonium, as well as sooperdooperLooper, Wild Mouse, Wildcat and Cocoa Cruiser coasters. Guests can also take a spin on the indoor glowing Laff Trakk coaster, which is decorated for the holidays with a large Christmas tree in the center. Plus, two guest-favorite rides for the holiday season celebrate significant anniversaries in 2021 – Skyview turns 55 and Dry Gulch Railroad turns 60. Both rides have delighted generations of guests by providing spectacular views of the holiday lights.

Christmas Candylane also marks 25 years of Rudolph and his friends making a special stop at Hersheypark, the only place in the Northeast featuring this magical experience. Guests can get an up-close look at all nine live reindeer in Santa’s Reindeer Stables from Nov. 19, 2021, through Jan. 2, 2022. Santa is also available for socially distanced photos under the former Carrousel Pavilion all operating days from Nov. 12 through Dec. 24, 2021.

Starting Dec. 3, 2021, guests can experience TREEville trail, a strolling holiday adventure experience in The Boardwalk At Hersheypark region with more than a dozen uniquely decorated trees sharing stories of The Sweetest Place On Earth. Other entertainment offerings at Christmas Candylane include Hershey Character Meet and Greets outside Chevrolet Music Box Theatre venue and photo opportunities at the Kissmas Tree display.

Signature hot chocolate is available for purchase during Christmas Candylane in all-day souvenir mugs. Other limited-time sweet treats like Toasted Marshmallow and Frozen Hot Chocolate King Size Shakes will offer a unique taste of the holidays starting Nov. 26, 2021. For the first time, guests can enjoy winter-inspired food offerings at The Chocolatier Restaurant, Bar + Patio; Milton’s Ice Cream Parlor; and The Sweeterie Confectionery Kitchen in Hershey’s Chocolatetown region in December.

Guests can save 40 percent when they purchase tickets online by Nov. 21, 2021; tickets are $44.95 with the sale and valid through Jan. 2, 2022. 2021 Season Pass Holders enjoy unlimited visits to Christmas Candylane as part of their year-long perks and guests purchasing 2022 Passes can add the rest of 2021 with unlimited visits for a great low price based on tier.
