Harry Potter Fans Can Now Buy Bottled Butterbeer Online
After many years of Harry Potter fans trying to re-create recipes at home, the famed drink of the Wizarding World is now available online!
Previously, the only way to get authentic butterbeer was to visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at any of the Universal Studios theme parks.
The bottled beverage features the familiar butterscotch flavor fans will recognize among other secret ingredients, making it the perfect gift for aspiring wizards and witches. Brewed in the UK, Butterbeer is available to buy in souvenir glass bottles with a collectable label designed by MinaLima — AKA the graphic artists on the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts film series.
While there’s currently only one label available, you’ll soon be able to get your hands on more collectible labels soon. However, there is a catch — delivery is currently limited to the UK.

Currently, bottles of Butterbeer are available to order online from Warner Bros. Studio Tour website, or in person at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter, and the Platform 9 ¾ Shops at London King’s Cross Station. Additionally, for those traveling through UK airports, it will be available at both Heathrow Airport and Gatwick Airport (although the Gatwick shop is currently closed).
Each bottle sells for £5.95 ($7.62 USD). There’s an order maximum of three bottles per purchase.
U.S. residents will have to wait a bit longer to wear their butterbeer mustache at home!
Although this isn’t available to Potterheads in the states, it’s getting closer. With COVID-19 affecting the attendance at Universal’s parks, we have to wonder if or when this will be “a thing” in the US. For now, we must continue to purchase the next best thing — bottles of “The Flying Cauldron” butterscotch drink.
