Hersheypark Unveils Record Breaking Twizzlers Themed 2025 Attraction

Hersheypark has announced an exciting new addition to its lineup for the 2025 season: Twizzlers Twisted Gravity, a record-breaking high-thrill pendulum attraction set to open in the summer of 2025.

This adrenaline-pumping ride will become the world’s tallest Screamin’ Swing, offering visitors a gravity-defying experience unlike any other.

Riders who meet Hersheypark’s Twizzlers height category (48-54 inches) and above will be treated to a one-minute and 10-second thrill ride that takes them 137 feet into the air. At speeds reaching 68 miles per hour, they will experience multiple zero-gravity moments as they swing high above the park’s picturesque Spring Creek in The Hollow region.

Manufactured by S&S Worldwide, Twizzlers Twisted Gravity will be the latest in a series of attractions that pay homage to Hershey’s iconic candy brands. The ride will feature four distinct zones across two gondolas, each themed to a different Twizzlers flavor: Strawberry, Cherry, Hershey’s Chocolate, and Black Licorice.

Hersheypark has become known for its unique brand-themed experiences, and Twizzlers Twisted Gravity continues that tradition. Guests can already enjoy attractions like Candymonium, a Twizzlers-themed hypercoaster, and the chance to snap a selfie with the beloved Twizzlers Character. The park’s Vice President of Hersheypark & Entertainment Operations, Vikki Hultquist, expressed her excitement about the new addition.

“We continue to invest in attraction experiences that leverage unique Hershey brands, so we are thrilled to add a Twizzlers-branded Screamin’ Swing to our unmatched ride portfolio next summer,” said Hultquist. “Twizzlers Twisted Gravity will provide our guests with the best of both worlds – the ultimate thrills and never-before-seen views of our Park’s beautiful 121 acres as they soar to a record-breaking height and leave gravity behind.”

Twizzlers Twisted Gravity will join over 70 other rides, as well as a water park and zoo, all included with Hersheypark admission.

The attraction will be open year-round, weather permitting, following its grand debut in Summer 2025.
