VIDEO: Snake River Expedition to Open at Cedar Point in 2021: on-ride

One of the unfortunate impacts of the Coronavirus was the delay of Snake River Expedition at Cedar Point. The attraction, set to open in 2020, has been pushed back to the 2021 season.

The attraction is a boat ride that will give passengers a leisurely tour around Adventure Island in the middle of the park. Riders will pass forts (and not so friendly guards), effects, props, and the remains of a wrecked keelboat. As of now the ride is mostly built, but the park is likely putting up the finishing touches to the ride.

From observing the work being done on site, as well as knowledge of the 1961 version of the attraction, we created a stellar model of the new 2021 attraction!
