Fiesta Texas Reveals More Details On Pirates of the Deep Sea

This year was a historic year for Six Flags Fiesta Texas. The park opened a new world-class coaster, announced Joker Wild Card, and announced the start of year round operating season. It seems Fiesta Texas has another card up their sleeves, as the park released new details on the Pirates of the Deep Sea attraction during an announcement event for Diamond and Diamond Elite members.

The ride, which was formally known as Scooby Doo Ghostblasters, has been reworked to create an epic new attraction. The revamp has been done in-house by the staff at Fiesta Texas. New scenery and effects have been installed, which will make it one of the most unique dark rides in the chain. The height requirement to ride is 42 inches.

The previews of the new attraction for Diamond and Diamond Elite members will begin on January 1st, 2019. The ride will officially open on January 12th.

Now through Labor Day, 2019 Season Passes are on sale at the lowest prices of the year. Season Passes provide unlimited visits for the rest of the 2018 season including Fright Fest and Holiday in the Park (at select parks) and all of the 2019 season. For a limited time only, with the purchase of a 2019 season pass guests may receive a free upgrade to a Gold, which includes free admission and free season parking to any Six Flags Theme Park!
