Universal Orlando Hosts Auditions For Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon

Universal Orlando is holding auditions for Hashtag the Panda–the beloved Tonight Show Character. Auditions are being held this Wednesday, January 4th and the actors chosen will be Hashtag the Panda on the new attraction Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon! Check out a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the new ride below!

Actors auditioning for the part must be between 5’7”– 5’9” and have excellent comedic timing. Actors should be familiar with the physical comedy that Hashtag uses on the Tonight Show and be able to employ that comedy for the new attraction. In the new Race Through New York attraction, riders will be immersed into the world of the Tonight Show. Before the ride, they will get to hang out in Studio 6B where they will enjoy appearances from The Roots, Sara from “EW”, the Ragtime Gals, and none other than Hashtag himself! After hanging out in studio 6B, guests will board the world’s first-ever flying theater and race through the streets of New York against Jimmy Fallon!
