The Roots Rap For New Jimmy Fallon Ride Pre-Show Video
We take a look at the new pre-show video for Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon at Universal Studios Orlando featuring Grammy award-winning band, The Roots!
In the video, Jimmy Fallon and The Roots help guests prepare for a wild race through New York City in the fun and unique form of a rap song.
Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon will give guests the ultimate Tonight Show experience as they get up close and personal with the shows most hilarious segments before taking off on a wild and action-packed race through New York City against Jimmy Fallon himself. It will also be the first attraction to feature a Virtual Line experience at Universal Studios Florida. This means spending less time in line and more time experiencing the thrills of Universal Orlando Resort!
This new system allows guests to virtually wait in line while still enjoying the rest of Universal Studios. You’ll be able to access this through The Official Universal Orlando Resort App or at kiosks located outside the attraction entrance. When it’s your time, just head over to attraction, walk inside, and get ready for the race of a lifetime! This new virtual queue line system will be much like TapuTapu, which was recently announced for Universal’s new Volcano Bay Water Theme Park.
While the ride don’t open until April 6th, the gift shop aka “The Tonight Shop” is already open. There you will find branded merchandise with famous Tonight Show characters such as; Hashtag the Panda, The Roots, Higgins, and also references to some of his famous skits like Tight Pants, EW, Thank You Notes, and much more! “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” will take their show on the road for tapings at Universal Orlando Resort from April 3 to April 6. Tickets for the Tonight Show tapings have not been been released yet. The new ride will officially open on April 6, 2017.
