Six Flags Over Texas Unveils New Thrills with Justice League: Battle for Metropolis
Last week members of the press and special guests were invited to witness the opening ceremony and to take the first rides on Justice League: Battle for Metropolis at Six Flags Over Texas!
The ride was developed by Sally Corporation for both the Arlington and St. Louis Six Flags parks. The ride vehicles are equipped with special laser blasters and take guests on an adventure to save Metropolis where they will experience numerous special effects, animatronics, huge interactive 3D screens, and a very cool interactive 3D fog screen. JLBFM incorporates some slick elements from The Amazing Adventures of Spiderman and Men In Black: Alien Attack, both at Universal Orlando. This interactive and immersive dark ride is a first for Six Flags, who are known for their impressive collection of roller coasters.
The new facade is quite a masterpiece. The Hall of Justice welcomes guests as they enter Justice League: Battle for Metropolis.
Once inside the queue, Cyborg recruits guests to help the Justice League save Metropolis from The Joker and Lex Luthor.
The ride vehicles seat up to 6 passengers and are able to move on their motion base and rotate a full 360 degrees as they travel on the ride track.
The impressive animatronic of The Joker, which debuted at the IAAPA expo last November is now in its permanent home greeting would-be heroes with a firey blast of laughing gas!

The new attraction was impressive and a very fun experience at that! Sally Corporation and Six Flags did a great job creating a new fun immersive experience with justice League.
