With Opening Day festivities slated for Saturday, April 20, at Kennywood, the parks are bustling with preparations and recruitment efforts.
Job seekers are encouraged to mark their calendars for the upcoming job fairs, where they can explore various opportunities within the parks’ dynamic environments. The Kennywood and Sandcastle job fairs will unfold at the Kennywood Parkside Café on Saturday, March 9, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Meanwhile, Idlewild & Soakzone will host its own event at the park’s A Pavilion during the same timeframe.
Attendees can expect a firsthand glimpse into available positions, interact with park teams, engage in open interviews, and indulge in complimentary snacks throughout the day. From roles in Rides and Food and Beverage to coveted positions as Lifeguards and beyond, all three parks offer competitive wages, with pay starting at up to $15 per hour, alongside promising avenues for professional growth and flexible scheduling options.
