Food Network To Air New Dinner: Impossible Episode From Cedar Point
The hit TV show Dinner: Impossible returns tonight on Food Network, premiering its 10th season.
The show premiers tonight, October 5, at 10:00pm est with an episode titled Thrill Seekers at “A Place Like No Other”, Cedar Point.
Irvine and his team will be celebrating Cedar Point’s 150th birthday by making dinner for 150 Season Pass holders and VIP guests. The challenge? They must create the dishes using only ingredients found at Cedar Point’s concession stands — before time expires!
According to the episode description,
“Robert Irvine is at the world-famous Cedar Point amusement park in Sandusky, Ohio, to make dinner for 150 superfans celebrating the park’s 150th anniversary. Robert’s challenge is to put his over-the-top spin on four of the park’s favorite dishes. But like any good roller coaster, there are twists: Robert and his team can only use ingredients from the park concession stands, and they must also create another three dishes inspired by three of the park’s most popular rides. Robert and his team had better buckle up for this thrilling adventure!”
We happened to be at the park back in June when the episode was being filmed. While at the park, Irvine took some time out of his busy day to experience some of Cedar Point’s most thrilling attractions including Valravn — which inspired one of Irvine’s menu items featured in the episode, as well as many other surprises!
Dinner: Impossible premiers October 5 at 10:00pm est. Cedar Point’s Director of Communications, Tony Clark, will be live tweeting with fans during the episode. So, if you don’t have a Twitter account, now just might be the perfect time to create one and follow along (@TonyClarkCP) / @CedarPoint). We will be chiming in as well on our own account (@Coaster_Nation).
