Busch Gardens Tampa’s Food, Wine & Garden Festival Returns With Live Concerts
Spring is arriving in a big way at Busch Gardens Tampa as the park’s popular Food, Wine & Garden Festival returns for the 2026 season. The fan favorite event invites guests to spend their weekends sampling flavors from around the world while enjoying the park’s collection of thrilling rides, beautiful gardens, and live entertainment.

The festival runs Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from March 6 through May 10, 2026, transforming the park into a celebration of food, music, and seasonal scenery.
New this year, guests will notice animal inspired garden elements throughout the park, including themed topiaries and creative plant sculptures that add a fresh layer to the festival atmosphere.

Food is the main attraction, and Busch Gardens is bringing a wide mix of new dishes and returning favorites for 2026.
Among the new menu items guests can try this year are Red Wine Braised Short Rib and Herb Crusted Lamb Steak, while longtime fan favorites like the Cajun Lobster Roll and Smoked Chicken & White Cheddar Mac & Cheese are also returning to the festival cabins.

Those with a sweet tooth will want to save room for desserts like Mini Bananas Foster Crepes and a Mixed Berry Tart.

With more than 65 items available, there is plenty to explore during the event. Guests looking to try multiple dishes may want to grab a Sampler Lanyard, which can be used at the festival tasting cabins around the park. Lanyards start at $65, and Pass Members can receive additional items for the same price.

Along with the food, the festival also brings a strong lineup of live music to Busch Gardens. The concert series kicks off March 7 with country star Walker Hayes, known for his hit song “Fancy Like.”
Performances will continue nearly every weekend through May, featuring artists from several different genres.
