SIX FLAGS, CEDAR FAIR, NEW SEASON PASS
On July 1, 2024, Cedar Fair Entertainment Company and Six Flags Entertainment Corporation completed their merger, forming a single entity now operating under the name Six Flags Entertainment Corporation.
After the merge, the company now operates 42 parks in total including 27 amusement parks and 15 waterparks. Guests have since been eagerly waiting for the company to debut a season pass valid at all 42 parks.
Cedar Point is the first park in the chain to officially announce the expansion of its “All Park Passport” add-on, which will grant access to more parks starting in 2025.
Available to 2025 Cedar Point Gold or Prestige Pass holders, the enhanced add-on will now include not only the Cedar Fair legacy parks, but also all Six Flags legacy parks, offering greater value and an enriched experience for thrill-seekers and park enthusiasts.
When you purchase a 2025 Cedar Point (or any Cedar Fair park) Gold / Prestige Pass with the All Park Passport add-on this fall, you will be able to access the following legacy Cedar Fair parks any public operating day in 2024:
- California’s Great America (Santa Clara, CA)
- Canada’s Wonderland (Vaughan, ON)
- Carowinds (Charlotte, NC)
- Cedar Point (Sandusky, OH)
- Cedar Point Shores (Sandusky, OH)

*Please note that 2025 Cedar Point All Park Passport Season Pass add-ons, including All-Season Dining, All-Season Drink Plans, Fast Lane and others will only be valid at legacy Cedar Fair parks for the entire 2025 season.
Add-ons purchased with a legacy Six Flags park Season Pass will only be valid at legacy Six Flags parks for the entire 2025 season.
Parking and admission are included at all parks with the All Park Passport add-on. Information on specific in-park discounts and benefits will be available at a later date.
Cedar Point’s 2025 Season Passes (and its legacy Cedar Fair sister parks) will be available for purchase in the next few weeks. Pricing for the 2025 All Park Passport add-on is still to be determined as the pass is not yet for sale.
None of the Six Flags legacy parks have released their 2025 pass products yet. Their legacy websites currently still state that “At this time, 2024 Six Flags Plus and Diamond Elite memberships, as well as Diamond Passes, may only be used to access legacy Six Flags parks”.
