Halloweekends At Cedar Point Returns This Fall With New Hours
HalloWeekends at Cedar Point will return in 2021 after being canceled last year due to the coronavirus pandemic. But that’s not all! As part of HalloWeekends, Tricks and Treats Fall Fest AND Haunt are BOTH back! The event is being expanded this year with extra hours on Thursday and Friday in October.

Tony Clark, Cedar Point’s director of communications, made the announcement Thursday. Specific attraction and entertainment details will be announced later, he said.
Clark said: “With the return of HalloWeekends, hours in September will be pretty traditional, but beginning October 3, we’re giving you MORE time to enjoy the park – reservations NOT required!”
Starting in October:
- Thursday nights – the scare mazes and haunted attractions of HAUNT!
- Fridays – the Halloween activities of Tricks and Treats Fall Fest during the day; HAUNT at night!
- Saturdays – Tricks and Treats Fall Fest AND HAUNT!
- Sundays – Tricks and Treats Fall Fest during the day; HAUNT at night!

HalloWeekends includes the daytime Tricks and Treats Fall Fest, complete with activities perfect for the little ones, plus the Tricks and Treats Food Tasting Tour for those looking for delicious twists on fall eats. At night, Haunt takes over select areas of the park with scare mazes, haunted attractions and the creepy nighttime atmosfear of America’s Spooky Roller Coast!

The NEW October HalloWeekends schedule gives you even MORE options to enjoy the event, and with Saturdays typically being the busiest day, guests now have alternatives to sneak that last Cedar Point visit in before the season ends.
Check out the full fall calendar by clicking here. As always, schedule subject to change without notice, so check that page often before you plan your visit.

With these added dates, reservations are now being accepted at Cedar Point hotel properties! Great ticket packages are also available, so reserve now before they sell out.
Also effective today, the park is no longer requiring reservations to enter. Take some time to check it out before its season wraps up on Monday, Sept. 6.
Starting Sunday, Oct. 3, and running through Oct. 31, the park will be open: 6 p.m.-midnight Thursdays, 11 a.m.-midnight Fridays and Saturdays, and 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Sundays. HalloWeekends will also run Friday-Sunday, starting Sept. 17.
More details on all of the HalloWeekends offerings, including the sale of tickets, are coming soon. Visit the official Cedar Point website by clicking here for more details.
