Rye Playland to Remain Closed For 2020 Season
In lieu of the COVID-19 pandemic, many parks are forced to make the tough decision on whether to open or remained closed. Rye Playland was forced to make that decision earlier this week, when it decided to remain closed for the 2020 season. The decision was based off of a lengthy review over whether the park could be safely opened.
The park was originally supposed to open in May.
Even though the park and attached pool are to remain closed, the Playland Beach will be open to county residents.
