In a landmark move, Silver Dollar City Parks & Resorts President Brad Thomas called the investment “more than just growth—it’s a new era.” He added, “We will mindfully transform 1,200 acres into an authentic, only-in-the-Ozarks destination starting with our first resort. The new resort will combine Silver Dollar City’s spirit of playfulness, discovery, craftsmanship, and exploration with all that makes The Heart of the Ozarks so special.”

The new resort will feature 262 guest rooms, a full-service restaurant, and 17,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space. Guests will enjoy stunning views of the Ozark Mountains, along with access to both indoor and outdoor pools. It will provide guests with easy access to Silver Dollar City theme park, and the company’s other attractions, such as the White Water water park, Showboat Branson Belle, Pink Jeep Adventure Tours, and the Silver Dollar City Campground.

Missouri Governor Mike Parson praised the development as a boost to the state’s Noeconomy. “This investment showcases Silver Dollar City’s commitment to tourism and economic growth in the Ozarks and for the State of Missouri,” Parson said. “We are excited to see this project bring thousands of new jobs and millions of new visitors to our great state.”

The resort, designed to reflect the park’s unique craftsmanship and charm, will offer a range of amenities, park privileges, and meeting spaces for groups.

Currently under construction, the 262-room resort will offer breathtaking views of the Ozark Mountains and Table Rock Lake.

Silver Dollar City’s expansion plan marks the largest investment in the company’s 65-year history.

Additional resort details will be provided in the coming months regarding guest amenities, park privileges, room types, and group meeting spaces.
