At the forefront were their Engineered Precut Track system and Timberliner trains, both designed to redefine the wooden roller coaster experience with modern engineering and rider comfort.

The Engineered Precut Track is a significant leap in wooden coaster design, delivering precision and efficiency. By using pre-measured and pre-cut wood pieces, this system ensures faster installation and reduced construction waste, resulting in a streamlined process for parks. The precision of the design allows for smoother rides and minimized wear and tear, enhancing the longevity of the coaster.

The Gravity Group’s vertically stacked track technology is a major advancement in wooden coaster design, aimed at enhancing smoothness and reducing maintenance. This track style improves the structural integrity of roller coasters, allowing for a more comfortable and long-lasting ride experience. It helps address the “bounciness” often associated with traditional wooden tracks while preserving the nostalgic feel of classic wooden coasters. This innovation ensures both smoother rides and increased durability, making it a significant leap forward for modern wooden coaster engineering.

This new track, now patent pending, enables The Gravity Group to refurbish classic rides and produce new ones in a way that preserves the experience and integrity of beloved wooden coasters. The Gravity Group is confident that this innovation will become “the new standard for wooden coaster tracks in the near future”.

Complementing this track innovation are The Gravity Group’s Timberliner trains, which continue to set the industry standard for wooden coaster vehicles. Known as the only steering roller coaster cars in the market, Timberliners provide unparalleled agility, allowing the cars to glide effortlessly through curves and dips. This reduces strain on the track, extending its lifespan and cutting down on maintenance costs. Designed to accommodate both new constructions and existing coasters, Timberliners bring versatility alongside comfort and efficiency.

One of the standout features of Timberliners is their focus on rider experience. The ergonomic design ensures comfort during high-speed thrills, while the trains’ increased capacity boosts operational efficiency for parks. These trains strike a balance between traditional wooden coaster aesthetics and the demands of modern amusement park operations.
