SeaWorld’s Seven Seas Food Festival Returns To Orlando
The Seven Seas Food Festival is returning to SeaWorld Orlando!
The event will run weekends from February 17th to April 15th. This year, the fun extends beyond the food with live performances each Saturday from top country, rock, and Latin music artists. The live entertainment includes performances by :
- Bachman & Turner (Saturday, February 17th)
- Larry the Cable Guy (Sunday, February 18th)
- Jacksons (Saturday, February 24th)
- Huey Lewis & the News (Saturday, March 3rd)
- Chris Young Band (Sunday, March 4th)
- Daughtry (Saturday, March 10th)
- Additional performances such as Eli Young Band and El Gran Combo
In addition to last year’s culinary offerings, SeaWorld will now offer foods from the German and All-American markets. The offering of unique foods during this event includes:
- NEW German Market – Weiner Schnitzel Slider
- NEW All-American Market – Nathan’s Chicago, New York, and Coney Island Hot Dog Sliders
- Asian Market – Peking Duck Lo Mein with Fresh Oriental Vegetables
- Mexican Market – Braised Chicken Adobo with Mole Sauce, Cheese, and Mexican Rice
- Caribbean Market – Cinnamon Slow Roasted Pork Belly with Sweet Plantain Mash
- Korean Market – Bingsu Salted Vanilla Ice Cream topped with Caramel Popcorn
- Mexican Market – Braised Chicken Adobo with Mole Sauce
- Caribbean Market – Cinnamon Slow Roasted Pork Belly with Sweet Plantain Mash
- Florida Market – NEW Wild Boar Smoked Cheddar Sausage
- Mediterranean Market – Sea Scallops Provencal with Wild Mushroom Risotto
- North Atlantic Market – New England Lobster Roll
- Pacific Coast Market – Braised Pork Cheeks with Savory Apple Polenta
- Brazilian Market – Brazilian Churrasco with Chimichurri & Garbanzo Frito
- Polynesian Island Market – NEW Pineapple Tofu Poke Bowl
- Gulf Coast Market – Southern Creamy Cheese Grits with a Blackened Shrimp
Along with these offerings, there will be special seasonal flavored offerings during the Seven Seas event. From February 17 to March 25, specialty barbeque items will be offered which include the park’s famous short rib, brisket, and chicken dishes. After March 31st, Latin inspired specialty cuisine will be offered.
In addition to the food offerings, guests can now choose from over 70 beers and 50 wines found in 5 unique beverage huts stationed throughout the park.
Guests can also buy their own Seven Seas Sampling Lanyard, which enables them to sample either 5, 8, or 15 items from the event’s large sampling of global cuisine, beer, and wine line up.
