SeaWorld Orlando’s Seven Seas Food Festival Returns Bigger Than Ever for 2025
SeaWorld Orlando is kicking off 2025 with the highly anticipated return of its Seven Seas Food Festival, promising more flavors, more music, and more excitement than ever before.
Running on select dates from January 31 to May 4, this year’s festival introduces an expanded concert lineup, brand-new global cuisine, and refreshing new cocktails for an unforgettable culinary adventure.

For the first time, the Seven Seas Food Festival is adding Friday night concerts to its already stacked weekend lineup, bringing even more opportunities to experience top-tier live entertainment. Held at Bayside Stadium, the concert series features an eclectic mix of Pop, Rock, Latin, Reggae, and Country artists—all included with park admission.

This year’s festival menu brings a fresh lineup of flavors from around the world. Guests can explore over 190 international dishes inspired by countries such as Ireland, Mexico, Germany, and India, alongside classic festival favorites.

At the Caribbean Market, highlights include:
• Jamaican Jerk Chicken – Seasoned chicken leg with celery microgreens
• Pork Pincho – Grilled pork skewer with tangy BBQ sauce and Cuban bread
• Island Rice and Peas – Yellow rice garnished with red beans and green scallions

The Italian Market introduces:
• Garlic Toast Chicken Parmigiana – Thick garlic toast topped with breaded chicken, marinara, and mozzarella
• Tiramisu – Classic Italian dessert topped with chocolate ganache

At the Indian Market, new offerings include:
• Veggie Samosas – Potato and pea samosas with Indian red pepper hummus
• Cardamom Chocolate Torte Cake – A rich ganache cake infused with cardamom

The Irish Market is serving up:
• Reuben Egg Roll – Corned beef and sauerkraut egg roll with Thousand Island dipping sauce
• Guinness Chicken Sausage – Grilled chicken sausage with roasted potatoes, Vidalia onions, and chicken gravy
• Strawberry Pouffe – Shortcake stuffed with berries and cream

SeaWorld is also shaking up its drink menu with six all-new handcrafted cocktails, perfect for sipping while exploring the festival:
