Rain Waterpark in Sandusky Ohio Demolished
Rain Waterpark has been a staple of the Thirsty Pony restaurant and an icon at the entryway to Cedar Point. After sitting abandoned for a few years, rumors swirled about an impending demolition.
The demolition of the waterpark began today with the removal of the waterslides. Each fiberglass piece of the two slides was detached, and loaded into shipping containers.
It is unknown what will replace the waterpark. Stay tuned for more details.
