Ragin’ Cajun Coming Soon to Six Flags America
Today we spent the day at Six Flags America (Maryland) checking out their new Mardi Gras area! It’s a fantastic change taking that area of the park to the next level.
Creating a new themed area also means creating new excitement. For 2014 the park is debuting a new coaster called Ragin’ Cajun!
Ragin’ Cajun will be a fast-track coaster that will spin you through quick twists, tight curves and breathtaking drops. This family-friendly thrill ride will feature cars that independently spin you 360° in a unique pattern guaranteeing no two experiences are alike.
Also opening in the new Mardi Gras area will be the French Quarter Flyers Family Ride. This new attraction will feature eight individual flying cars. Each vehicle will have a stationary rear wing and a moveable front wing and can travel at speeds up to 40 miles-per-hour. Guests will be the pilots and control their own riding destiny as they pump up the thrill for a more intense wild flight or simply sit back, take it easy and enjoy the ride.
