Parc du Bocasse Installs Final Piece Of France’s First Suspended Coaster
A few days ago, Parc du Bocasse revealed that they will be receiving the first water coaster in France. Today, coaster manufacturer Vekoma, has announced that the final piece of the country’s first suspended coaster has been installed at the park.
The first pieces of the coaster arrived onsite five weeks ago and vertical construction was completed in just 10 days. Vekoma announced the completion of the yet to be named coaster via a social media post made to Instagram.

The coaster is the latest addition of the well received Vekoma Suspended Coaster – 453m model. The ride will be 1486.3 feet long, with a height of 63.3 feet. Riders will soar at speeds exceeding 46 MPH and encounter forces of up to 3.5 G’s.
The “yet to be named coaster” is the park’s fifth coaster, and it is the third coaster added to the park since 2015. It will be located behind the park’s Fort d’Odin mine train coaster and expected to open in the 2021 season.
