New Reservation System in Place For Verruckt at Schlitterbahn
Verruckt, the World’s Tallest Waterslide is officially open to the public at Schlitterbahn Kansas City, but the lines are insane… which is to be expected.

Schlitterbahn has decided to remedy the long lines with a reservation system that has left many guests so far, disappointed, as they arrive only to find out that the reservations are gone for the day.
The park opens at 10:00 am and begins to take reservations, which have been running out before guests arriving at 11:30 am even get a chance. There is a stand-by line for guests willing to wait for a “chance”.
Lucky guests that do get a reservation still have a pretty lengthy process before riding. Check-ins, weigh-ins, more check-ins, wristbands, another weigh-in…. It’s probably the most in depth system to board any ride.
