Halloween Horror Nights 24 at Universal Orlando featuring Michael Myers

Summer is winding down, seasonal water parks will be closing for the year, and up North amusement parks are going to weekend only operation. This time of year can be a bit sad, but it is also the start of a something very exciting: The Halloween season! Parks will be starting up their Halloween events, including the Nation’s Premier Halloween event, and Golden Ticket award winning, Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando.

This will be Universal Orlando’s 24th Halloween event and it’s looking to be another spine tingling year! Universal hasn’t released all of the details just yet, but we do know a lot. Lets start with the confirmed houses.

Dracula Untold: Based on the upcoming Universal film, your demise could come from bloodthirsty vampires or the attacking Turks as you attempt to survive the terrifying journey that turned the one-time hero into Dracula.

Dollhouse of the Damned: Within the decaying walls of this house awaits something evil. The unfortunate souls that enter here will become the damned that never escape.

Giggles & Gore Inc: Witness the torturous process that turns kidnapped people into evil clowns – just try not be transformed into one yourself.

The Walking Dead: AMC’s The Walking Dead returns in an all-new house based on the series’ most recent season. Experience the event’s largest house ever with more scareactors than ever before.

Roanoke Cannibal Colony: In the settlement of Roanoke the frenzied colonists will rip, tear and devour any fresh meat that comes near them.

From Dusk Til Dawn (Based on the EL REY NETWORK Series): Beneath the neon lit façade of this remote biker bar you’ll discover a labyrinth of death, as an ancient race of bloodthirsty creatures serve up chaos and carnage.

Alien Vs. Predator: Get caught in the middle of a savage battle between these two horrific extraterrestrial species and try to avoid becoming collateral damage.

Halloween: Universal Orlando finally made it official, Michael Myers will return for Halloween Horror Nights 24.

HHN Creative Director, Mike Aeillo posted a fun photo via twitter with Halloween in the list of haunts for HHN 24.

This year, individually themed street experiences return. Featuring both original concepts and some based off of movies and television.

SyFy’s FaceOff: You’ll be surrounded by the most terrifying creatures from the minds of some of Hollywood’s most talented Special effects make-up artists in this gruesome, immersive experience.

The Purge Anarchy: Once you enter The Purge: Anarchy you’ll be lucky to just survive the night. In this unique experience inspired by Universal Pictures’ new thriller, turmoil and pandemonium awaits those vulnerable to masked vigilantes in search of new victims.

MASKerade: Unstitched: You’ll notice something isn’t quite right with the people of MASKerade. They’re trapped, trapped in an old time period. Their skin is falling off and has been stitched back onto their faces. Waltz music fills the air and these trapped souls perform a creepy dance as you try to escape their dead world.

Bayou of Blood: Here you will find the high priestess, who is crazy and in a trance. She will perform sacrifirces right in front of park guests. Don’t think you’re out of harms way once you pass the priestess, the area is surrounded by voodoo squatters looking to make sacrifices of their own.

We can’t forget the shows! Bill & Ted will be returning, along with Universal’s tribute to Rocky Horror Picture Show.
