Duff Goldman Brings Cosmic Flavors to Kennedy Space Center with Limited-Time Menu Items
Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex has launched a culinary experience inspired by celebrity chef Duff Goldman, offering limited-edition dishes with a playful, cosmic twist.

Known for his creative approach to food, Goldman has put his signature flair into exclusive menu items, now available at the complex’s Orbit Café and Moon Rock Café at the Apollo/Saturn V Center. This galactic menu, filled with inventive flavors and bold presentations, will run daily from Monday, November 4 through Sunday, December 15, 2024.

Goldman, a classically trained chef, artist, and best-selling author, rose to fame on the hit Food Network show Ace of Cakes, where he welcomed viewers into his innovative cake shop, Charm City Cakes. His imaginative designs and fun-loving personality have since made him a beloved television mainstay, mentoring young bakers on Kids Baking Championship and serving as a long-standing judge on Holiday Baking Championship and Spring Baking Championship. Known for spreading joy through food, Goldman crafted these unique Kennedy Space Center offerings to capture the wonder of space while making each bite memorable.
“Putting together this menu for Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex was a blast,” Goldman said. “Space and food are two things I’m super passionate about, so I wanted to make dishes that are fun, bold, and totally stellar. I hope visitors enjoy these cosmic-inspired bites as much as I enjoyed creating them!”

Visitors can savor highlights from the new menu, including:
• Duff’s Mission Mac Burger: A bold cheeseburger topped with creamy mac and cheese and smoked bacon, available at Orbit Café.
• Duff’s Cosmos Cupcake: A cookies-and-cream cupcake with space-themed sprinkles, also at Orbit Café.
• Duff’s BLT Blast-Off: A BLT on a pretzel bun with a spicy mayo kick, exclusively at Moon Rock Café.
• Duff’s Space Cake: A vanilla cupcake topped with candy-coated chocolate “rocks,” available at Moon Rock Café.

Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex Chief Operating Officer Therrin Protze praised the expanded collaboration with Goldman, who has been a part of the center’s “Taste of Space” events since 2022. “We’re excited to bring his savory and sweet flavors to even more of our visitors this year through this limited-time menu,” Protze said, adding, “I’ll be first in line for the Mission Mac Burger on November 4.”
These unique dishes are available for purchase while supplies last — Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex admission is required.
