Coaster Showdown! Carowinds Auctioning Off Two-Hour Private Event To Benefit Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
Ever dream of having an amusement park all to yourself? Now that dream can be a reality as Carowinds is auctioning off 2 hours of Exclusive Ride Time on Fury 325, The Mountain Gliders, and Copperhead Strike for 100 people — all to benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society!
Now through May 5, you can bid to win TWO HOURS of Exclusive Ride Time on Fury 325, Copperhead Strike, and the Mountain Gliders – for up to 100 people! Aside from the exclusive ride time, the package also includes park admission and parking for a full day of fun! All proceeds go to benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to help them fight blood cancer.
Cedar Fair Food & Beverage Vice President, Nancy Hamlin, prompted this initiative. Hamlin is currently nominated for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) Woman of the Year Award, and on a mission to help change lives of folks battling blood cancer. Nancy, in cooperation with Carowinds, has created this exclusive opportunity to rent out the amusement park for 2-hours with 100 of your closest friends. 100% of the money raised for this event goes to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. This is an incredible way for businesses and large companies to show their support not only to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, but to have an awesome company outing or staff appreciation day this summer. It’s the perfect opportunity to spend some quality time with co-workers in a happy place, and of course — just a good excuse to ride some roller coasters!
Bidding for the event starts at $15,000 and runs through May 5th, 2019 at 11:59 pm. Click HERE to make a bid!
