Celebrate Valentine’s Day At The Edison in Disney Springs
If you’re planning on celebrating Valentine’s Day with a bit of Disney magic, The Edison at Disney Springs is offering a special Valentine’s Day celebration in honor of the romantic holiday.
The Edison is a industrial, 1920’s gothic-style restaurant serving up American cuisine, cocktails and live entertainment. It’s designed to look like a 1920’s electric company and exudes an air of romance and Old World sophistication.
One of the restaurant’s signature menu items “DB Clothesline Bacon” is part of the special menu. For Valentine’s Day however, the “DB Clothesline Bacon” will be dipped in milk chocolate and decorated. Let’s be honest, we can’t think of a better way to celebrate than with bacon! Another menu highlight is the grilled Veal Chop with a Red Wine Demi Glaze served with Crab Stuffed Shrimp and Sauteed Rainbow Chard. You’ll also find a creative array of sweet treats and delicious libations.
